For the last five years, Zig has been working in a consulting capacity, advising companies on strategic project delivery and governance, project recovery, PMO organisational design, mentoring, technology strategy and implementation, and developing internal project and programme management staff.

Having spent 20 years working in high-growth technology companies across the globe Craig brings priceless CFO experience to the table. Craig specialises in working with fast-moving organisations that are driving expansion activities both organically and acquisitively and has been working in a consulting capacity for 10 years advising companies on growth strategies, negotiating sales and purchases of companies, and delivering successful technology-led transformation outcomes for his clients. Most recently acting as Global Managing Director, ORG Advisory - leading a global executive team across five worldwide locations, specialising in business technology transformation and operating model design - and with previous experience working with names such as myProteus, Mercer, Johnson Matthey, British Telecom, OEE, HS2 and Calor Gas, Darran’s experience is reply rooted in revenue growth, overhead savings, and driving operational efficiencies to further increase profitability.

Additional experience includes Durham University, Police Digital Service, Leicestershire Police Force, and Your Homes Newcastle.

Most recently, Chris has been consulting with Genesee & Wyoming UK via Barkersson Consultancy Limited, formed after the decision was made to embark on specialised projects and interim-based work. Further previous experience includes John G Russell Group & Carntyne Transport and ORBIS TECH LIMITED. Previously during his time at Samskip, Chris spearheaded ERP implementations within acquisitions, transformation, finance processes improvement, reporting packs, modelling, and treasury.

Advising the in-house project team on technical issues and onboarding of remaining customers, Jeremy worked to design and deliver the first digital OMS in the company’s £70M industrial rail transportation business. Previous experience extends to projects contracted with Affinity Flying Training Services, Labs Group, Burberry and Stansted Airport.
